Every card has a printed QR code on the back, unique to that card. It works on any phone with a camera, and it is counted exactly the same way in your dashboard.

Yes, any time, from the dashboard. Point it at Instagram for a week, then back to Google reviews. The card itself never changes, so there is nothing to reprint.

Each card carries its own link. Name a card after a waiter and the dashboard counts his crumbs by name. If he leaves, rename the card and his old numbers stay with the history.

No, and you should not want to. Google bans review filtering and can penalise your listing for it. Every diner sees the same Google option, whatever they are about to say.

Deactivate it in the dashboard and that link stops working the same second. Nobody can reach your Google page through it again. Order a replacement from the same screen.

No. Fill in the form and we confirm everything on WhatsApp. You only get a login once your cards are delivered and your dashboard is ready.
